Chicken, Olives & Garlic Casserole

Serves 2

Ingredients - Allergies: SF, GF, DF, EF, NF

• 1/4 cup chopped onions

• 2 tbsp. oil • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives

• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

• 1 head garlic, sliced across (bake separately for 45 minutes)

• 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary

• 1 pound chicken pieces (dark meat) with skin on

Instructions

Put chicken, onions and olives in the casserole dish, season, cover and bake for 2 hours on 400F. Serve with baked garlic.
